The Bhagavad Geeta is considered the most important and influential Hindu scripture for its philosophical, practical and spiritual value. Bhagavad Geeta Jayanti marks the birth of this holy book.
This day also marks the Jayanti of Param guru Swami Tapovan Maharaj, revered and beloved guru of Swami Chinmayananda.
In addition to these auspicious events, we will also be observing Pradosh Puja.
Please join us in our Kaivalya hall on Monday, December 21st 2015 from 6.30pm to 8:30pm as we perform Abhishek of Lord Shiva and Paduka Puja, followed by chanting of Tapovan Shatakam and select verses of Bhagavad Geeta. The program will conclude with Aarti and Mahaprasad.
